Women In Networking Climbing the ladder of Success
In 2005 Bridget Goudelock was trying to join a networking group to help her business grow and to surround herself with others doing the same. The exclusivity of categories made the financial services industry, which she was involved, in very high demand. After unsuccessfully trying to join several other organizations with her field of expertise, Bridget decided to launch her own networking group. She gathered a dozen other business owners in various fields and realized all were women, therefore, Women In Networking was formed. As founder of WIN, Bridget felt it would be a great way to help women feel more confident, learn how to balance home and the workplace, be empowered, give back to the community and grow their businesses. Thus on March 3, 2005 Women In Networking began with regular meetings, speakers, referrals and growth.
Women In Networking (WIN) is a women’s networking group that not only meets to pass referrals, but also has an educational portion to teach each other what we know about certain topics of focus. We seek out speakers to enlighten us about topics we would like to know more about. We are so appreciative of our speakers!
